The process

  • 1. Kick off call

    What appears to be just the beginning of the process is a key moment for me. On the initial call, we will discuss your project and clarify the qualification criteria of the job opportunity. We will tailor our strategy and agree on the hiring stages.

  • 2. Candidate Search

    An evaluation process occurs and the most qualified candidates are shortlisted for consideration. I have a strong network and database of tech candidates. I perform direct search. I use forums and channels to find your best match.

  • 3. CV Submission

    I know that time is money. And this is why I tend to present candidates withing a week of out kick off call. After identifying top notch candidates, you will received their CV and profile with information about tech experience, salary expectations and availability. 

  • 4. Interviews

    Candidates go through client’s preferred interview process and hiring stages. I help organizing the interviews with the selected candidates and assist during the whole process.

  • 5. Close the offer

    A selection is made and I assist in client's preferred method of offer delivery. I act as a facilitator between employers and candidates to reach a common ground where all parties are happy. I am there to support and negotiate for, if needed.

  • 6. Payment

    Service charge as per agreement. No pre-payment and 3 months guarantee of the start date of the candidate.
